1. Consultation & Assessment
Designated salon's professional hairstylists provide customers with detailed analysis of their hair, scalp, head shape, face shape, and hair loss condition. Based on the customer's needs, they will introduce the most suitable types of wig products and offer hairstyle suggestions, communicating with the customer to reach a consensus in order to enhance the effect.
2. Measurement & Molding
A professional stylist will measure the client's hair loss area and create a mold for fitting. If a suitable ready-made product is available, the next step can be carried out immediately. If a ready-made size cannot be matched, a custom order can be made, which will take one month.
3. Hairstyle Design
A professional stylist will fit the NeWig for the client and design the ideal hairstyle. Services such as trimming, dyeing, care, styling, and washing/blow-drying will be provided according to the client's needs to achieve the best results.
4. Caring Follow-Up
After the service is completed, the NeWig designated salon's hairstyling team will follow up attentively to understand the service effect and customer satisfaction. They will also explain how to use and maintain the wig on a daily basis, and welcome any inquiries from customers.
